For quesadias....... Ground beef or chicken cut up. Aboutt 1/3 or 1/2 cups. It depends on how many u are cooking it for. a pakage o flour tortillas. shredded lettuce & cheese. Any type u want on it. Salsa if u feel like it. First cook the meat until brown. Then sprinkle some on one of the flour tortias. Then add lettuce and cheese. And if u wanna put black olives in it. U can. Then put another flour tortillas on the top. Then put it in the microwave and zap for 1 to 2 minutes. Then take it out and add the salsa on the top. U can add some black olives in it or on top. It's up to u. Enjoy!

Bill's Dip 1 tin of deviled ham or 1/2 cup chopped ground ham 1 pt sour cream 2 TB minced onion 2 Tb catsup To taste..parsley flakes, garlic salt, Worchester sauce, bbq sauce, hickory flavor smoke, bacon bits. red pepper, tabasco, poppy seeds, Mix all together and sit for a couple hours to meld the flavors.


Dawn's Fruit Salad 1 8 oz tub sour cream 1 can pinapple chunks 1 can mandarin oranges 1 cup mini marchmallows 1 small bag coconut Mix together and chill.

Dee's Vegetable Salad 1 can LeSeur peas 1can French cut green beans 1 can shoe peg white corn 1/2 cup chopped celery 1/2 cup chopped onion 1/4 cup oil 1/4 cup sugar 1/4 cup cider vinegar Drain canned veggies. Add celery and onion. Combine oil, sugar and vinegar. Pour over and let marinate overnight.


Caraway Seed cold slaw 1 large cabbage, chopped fine 3 egg yolks 1/2 cup sugar 2 tb butter 1 cup white wine vinegar 1 cup cream 2-3 TB caraway seeds 1/4 cup mayo 1 TB prepared mustard 1 tsp salt or to taste Mix egg yolks with sugar and salt. Combine with butter, vinegar and cream. Cook till thick in double boiler or microwave. Chill. Pour dressing over cabbage, add caraway seeds and mayo mixed with mustard. Blend well. Ruth Johnson's Potatoe Salad 1 pkg Good Seasons Italian dressing 1/2 cup mayo 1/3 cup sour cream 6 cups diced cooked potato 1/2 sliced celery 3-4 Tb sliced olives Mix and chill Shelly's Egg Rolls 1 1/2 lb lean ground beef 1 onion chopped 1 tb or so of garlic chopped package egg roll wrappers 1 egg beaten salt, pepper soy sauce or worchester sauce. 1 pkg cold slaw mix Brown ground beef and onion and garlic till well cooked. Pour off grease. Transfer to bowl and mix in cold slaw mix. Season to taste with salt pepper and soy sauce as desired. Take a wrapper of egg roll and brush some beaten egg on the ends. Put about 2-3 TB of the mix in the middle of the wrapper and fold 3 corners over.Roll over to the 4th corner and seal. Fry in hot oil till browned. Makes about 15 nice egg rolls. I want to try variations on this using chili mix too.
